Much of the Internet runs on free software such as Apache, BIND and Sendmail.
Development centered around open source operating systems like Linux and FreeBSD
has produced a lot of great software for networking, graphics, text processing
and similar applications. However, many people aren't aware of the available
tools or believe that they are too complicated to use. In this presentation, Mr.
Wheeler will demonstrate and discuss programs that are of interest to those
doing Web development, with particular emphasis on those tools that run on
Windows, Mac OS X, and Unix platforms.
