RAP COMPILATION FILLED WITH SOME OF BEST ARTISTS AROUND

Rap compilations are a-dime-a-dozen. They seem to pop up every day. Finally though, I found a compilation that I like, Dirty Harry Presents...Southern Gangstas.

The disc is filled with some of the best rap artists that are still on the underground scene. Take, for example, the track by Mr. Quikk that features Eddie B. "What Cha Want" is a great example of a great song that hasn't and probably won't get the due it deserves. Mr. Quikk produced one of the best and completely solid tracks I have heard in quite a while. The rap flows smoothly and the beat is surely one that will stick with you.

Kingpin Skinny Pimp also throws down a damn fine track that has a very cool, chill beat. The lyrics on the track are sharp and to the point. This guy could do things in the rap game very soon.

Many of the 16 tracks on the disc make this disc well worth the money. The knowledge slagin' rap of Playa G or the blunt smokin' tune by the Capital Punishment Klik make this one of the tightest compilation discs around.

With so many rap artists being poorly produced and rapping bad lyrics the Gangstas compilation is a refreshing and great addition to the industry. Many artists and labels could learn a lot from this disc.
