Dr. Emily Marler earned their B.A. in Psychology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and their Master’s degree and Ph.D. at Saint Louis University in Experimental Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience.
Dr. Marler has been teaching full time at UMSL since 2023, teaching in person and online courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.Common course offerings for undergraduate courses are Psychological Statistics, Introduction to Biological Psychology, Drugs and Behavior, and Cognitive Processes. Dr. Marler also teaches Quantitative Methods at the graduate level.
Dr. Marler is the administrator for theSONA human subject pool for the Psychological and Brain Sciences department. They also serve on other committees that vary by semester.
Dr. Marler is not taking graduate students at this time.
