The experience that changes how you launch.
Most graduates leave college with a degree and hope. RISE students leave with a mentor, a network, a polished professional presence, and the confidence to walk into any room. Here's how the journey works.
RISE Scholar
Build the foundation
Open to all undergraduate and graduate students, at any academic level.
What Scholars do
- Attend professional development workshops
- Join monthly small-cohort group coaching
- Practice follow-through between sessions
RISE Laureate
Accelerate toward launch
For students who complete the Scholar year. (Open to seniors and graduate students for 2026–27.)
What Laureates do
- Continue attending workshops
- Pair one-on-one with a dedicated mentor
- Meet with that mentor monthly
What's in it for you
This is an investment in your career — not another club.
RISE is built to give you the access, credentials, and confidence that most graduates never get.
Your advocate
A personal mentor
Laureates are paired one-on-one with an alumni or executive mentor — a real advocate inside the industry you want to break into.
$500 funding
We invest in you
Certification exams, conference passes and travel, professional headshots, LinkedIn Premium — funded for you as a Laureate.
On your resume
A credential that signals
The RISE Scholar and Laureate titles, a LinkedIn badge, and a graduation cord — proof you did the professional work others skipped.
Real connections
Access to employers
Meet the alumni, mentors, and employer partners in the RISE network through recruiting events and introductions.
Selective
An earned distinction
Not everyone advances. Reaching Laureate is a mark of distinction you carry into every interview and application.
For life
A lasting network
Your mentors, cohort, and the RISE alumni community stay with you well beyond graduation day.
What you'll walk away with
By the time you finish, you won't just have attended — you'll have done the work.
- A polished LinkedIn profile and resume
- A one-on-one mentor relationship
- Real interview practice and feedback
- A network of alumni, employers, and peers
- A recognized credential and graduation cord
- $500 toward your professional growth
