Donald Todd is a Special Agent with the Wisconsin Department of Justice, currently assigned to the Wisconsin Statewide Intelligence Center (WSIC) in the Cyber and Financial Crimes Unit and is a member of the FBI Cyber Task Force. He joined the Wisconsin Department of Justice in October 2014, and prior to that he spent over 9 years as a police officer in Rockford, IL. Prior to his career in law enforcement, he served in the United States Marine Corps. He investigates a wide range of cybercrimes, including network intrusions, cyber fraud, data breaches, and insider threats. Additionally, he develops security partnerships between federal entities, private industry, and state, local, and tribal government agencies to better mitigate malicious cyber activity.

Donald is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and currently serves as the Training Director for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners - Milwaukee Chapter. He also holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation.  He is an adjunct professor at Roosevelt University where he teaches graduate level business courses on forensic accounting and computer forensics, and an undergraduate course in the criminal justice program.

Donald earned a BS degree in Management from Upper Iowa University and holds an MS in Accounting Forensics from Roosevelt University.
