Kevin D Sansberry II is the Vice President of People, Values and Culture at StriveTogether, a national non-profit focused on closing disparity gaps for children across America. Kevin serves a leadership consultant with expertise in organizational culture, human resources, employee engagement, relationship/performance management and organizational effectiveness. Over the years, Kevin has focused on developing effective, high-performance teams within the higher education industry at The University of Missouri-Kansas City. Kevin is currently pursuing his doctorate in business administration from The University of Missouri-St Louis. Kevin acquired his MBA from The University of Missouri-Kansas City with an emphasis in leadership & change in human systems and general management and received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from the University of Central Missouri.

Kevin is a certified consultant through Myers Briggs Foundation as well as the Center for Conflict Dynamics in both conflict resolution and interpersonal mediation. Kevin also holds Human Resources certifications from the Human Resources certification institute and the Society of Human Resources Management.

Kevin has been an active member in many organizations and boards serving as a Human Resources consultant and special adviser including serving as the President of the Missouri Colleges and University Association in Human Resources for many years.
