Susan oversees gift agreements, ensures compliance with donor guidelines, monitors gift fund usage and delivers high-impact stewardship experiences for major and principal gift donors. Her work centers on gift agreements, endowments, stewardship and scholarships. A two-time alumna, she holds a BSW from UMSL and an MSW from the University of Missouri. She has spent five years at UMSL, following more than two decades in the nonprofit sector as a front-line social worker and grants professional. As both a graduate and staff member, she has seen firsthand how UMSL opens doors for students and strengthens the community. She remains inspired by the university's mission of access, opportunity and excellence.
