F.R.E.E.! Supply Exchange Program
(Free, Recycle, Exchange Extras!)
Do you have office supplies lying around your office that you no longer need, but you know some other department on campus must be able to use? Or is there something your department could use, but can’t afford to buy?
Triton Connect's F.R.E.E.! Supply Exchange Program is intended as a mechanism for departments to trade or give away items that the department no longer needs but are in usable condition. (This does NOT include items for PERSONAL USE, but for campus use only.)
Participation in this program is just one of the ways that departments can help to reduce their operating expenses. By sharing unneeded supplies with other departments, you are also handling the University's resources in an environmentally responsible manner.
To get started just log onto Triton Connect (UMSL's Online Community for Faculty and Staff). And while you're there, check out the other forums, social groups, and calendars that Triton Connect has to offer.
Please refer to the list below for allowable items to be posted to the F.R.E.E.! Supply Exchange Program forum. If your item does not appear on this list, contact Campus Procurement.
NOTE: Any item that is typically handled as Surplus Property is not allowed to be posted in the forum (such as furniture or printers/printing supplies). Contact Campus Procurement for more information.
