Year End Closing Schedule
The Fiscal Year 2012 (FY12) closing schedule is now available on the UM Controller’s website at this link FY12 Closing Schedule.
Please note the following:
- Last day to enter FY12 T&E Expense Reports is June 29.
- Expense Reports posted in FY13 between July 2 and July 9 with expense dates prior to July 1 will be charged back to FY12.
- Last day to enter FY12 non-PO vouchers is June 29.
- Vouchers posted in FY13 between July 2 and July 9 with invoice dates prior to July 1 will be charged back to FY12.
- Remember to check the journal date on all web journal entries prepared in July through the July 16 cutoff date.
- During this time frame, if you want a journal entry to post to FY12, change the date to 6/30/12
