Program Decription
A database software package, such as Microsoft Access, allows you to store and manage information. You can use it to keep track of names and phone numbers, mailing lists, inventory, and sales, among many other applications. You can also perform queries on your data to recall information according to various criteria. For example, you might want to view all your customers who live in the 63116 zipcode for a mailing. Or you might want to generate a list of all parts for which you have less than three items in stock, or search for employees who were absent more than five days last year.
