Program Decription
This separation of content from appearance has many benefits. Content authors need not concern themselves with appearance options. Authors who have layout and formatting responsibilities can create a single style sheet to control an entire Web site. Pages that use style sheets are easy to maintain and change. Changing a single style rule will impact all the occurrences of the HTML element that uses that style.
