Maintaining Good Standing
Students interested in our 15 credit-hour Minor and/or our 18 credit-hour Undergraduate Certificate in Gerontological Studies (UCGS) should speak with the Program Director, Dr. Tom Meuser, directly. Currently enrolled undergraduate students in good standing apply directly through the Gerontology Program to pursue these credentials. Students with a GPA of 2.0 or above qualify. Students with a lower GPA may be admitted under certain circumstances and should speak with the program director before applying.
The Gerontology Program reviews new student applications on a rolling basis. This means that a prospective student can apply for admission for ANY upcoming semester: Fall, Winter-Spring or Summer. Addition of a new Minor or Undergraduate Certificate must be communicated to the Registrar via this FORM.
Questions? Contact Dr. Meuser at 314-516-5421 or by email.
