Accident, Property Damage and Incident Reports

General maintenance of the Millennium Student Center is provided by Facility Services.  However, issues or concerns should always be directed to MSC Operations at (314) 516-5022.

Any individual involved in an accident or incident will be required to notify MSC Operations in 218 MSC.  Accidents and incidents include:  Any occurrence which results in bodily injury to or damage of property belonging to a student or member of the general public.  After assessing for the need for emergency care, a staff member will fill out a report with the assistance of the individual involved in the accident or incident. 

Proper Care and Use of Facilities

It is expected that proper care will be taken of the Millennium Student Center.  Please keep in mind and inform your guests that:

• Food and beverages are to remain in designated areas.

• Guests must restrict their activities and movement to the areas in the building reserved.

• Guests are responsible for the care of their personal belongings.
• The use of glitter and confetti is strictly prohibited.

• Floating candles are acceptable.  All other types of candles are strictly prohibited.

• Taping, stapling, and nailing items to walls and doors is not permitted.
