Revolving Door Law

The act imposes a two-year cooling off period for members of the General Assembly before they may become lobbyists.

This bill prohibits any statewide elected official or member of the General Assembly who is elected to his or her first term in office on or after November 2, 2014, from acting, serving, or registering as a legislative lobbyist within one year after leaving office
