Graduate Learning Assistants (GLAs) are available to assist IS 1800 students with assignments as the schedule indicates. Services begin the second week of classes and are available up to the last scheduled day of classes.

IS1800 GLAs will not do your assignments for you, but they can help you when you have questions or get stuck. Please keep in mind that these GLAs are working with ~ 300 students. Students are expected to treat GLAs with the same respect as their professor. GLAs are required to report any incidents.

Lab attendants in the computing labs are there to help you with general computing questions, such as logon procedures, printing output, and access to software. They cannot help you with specific homework assignment questions.

Graduate Learning Assistants are managed by Mimi Duncan .
