UMSL Day is our signature event for prospective and admitted students. You'll get a guided tour of campus including visits to classrooms and residential halls; meet with our nationally recognized faculty; speak with current students; and learn more about degree programs, admissions and scholarship opportunities. Feel free to bring friends and family members along.

UMSL Day Schedule

Students, families and friends, plan to meet at the Touhill Performing Arts Center for check-in and our opening session. Then, choose from a full list of activities including sessions on financial aid and how to select a major, and join in activities like our departmental fair and campus tours.

    Join us to learn more about the College of Education's degree programs, requirements, and career outlook. You will hear from current students about their teaching and practicum experiences and tour the teaching technology facilities.
  • UMSL/WU Joint Engineering Program

    The UMSL/WU Joint Engineering Program (JEP) is a unique partnership with Washington University that provides a high-quality education at an affordable price. Highlights of the program include flexible course options and internships at top St. Louis companies. Join us to learn more about the benefits of earning your engineering degree through the JEP!

  • College of Nursing

    The nursing program at UMSL is the largest public nursing program in the metro area. Join us to talk to nursing faculty and students, tour the facilities, and see the hands-on learning opportunities in our state-of-the-art simulation labs.
  • College of Arts & Sciences

    Come join us for an overview of the departments and programs in the College of Arts and Sciences. We will highlight our newest programs and our points of pride. Associate Deans and academic advisors will be on hand to answer your questions.
  • UMSL Science Departments

    Join us to learn more about the Biochemistry & Biotechnology Program and the Departments of Biology, Chemistry & Biochemistry; Physics & Astronomy; and Psychological Sciences. Tour the science teaching labs and Planetarium, see lab demonstrations, view science classrooms, meet with faculty and current students, and learn about research opportunities for students.
  • School of Social Work

    Social Work continues to have greater than average growth in the job market. We work in social service agencies, schools, hospitals, corrections, and mental health, with populations across the lifespan. Join us to learn more about the opportunities available with a BSW or MSW from UMSL!

    Housing tours of Oak Hall, University Meadows, and Mansion Hill are offered on a continuous basis and last approximately 20 minutes. A free shuttle will be available from 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for guests interested in visiting housing locations.

The Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center is located on the campus of the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Parking is available in the Millennium Student Center Garages and in Parking Lot E. Follow signs for handicapped parking. Or, the UMSL North Campus Metrolink Station is just steps away.
