Communicator Upgrade

As the system version of ShoreTel is upgraded, an upgrade to the ShoreTel Communicator application on individuals' computers is also required.  Please use these instructions to guide you through the upgrade process for Windows computers.

Mac users will need to follow the installation procedure to install the new version.

The above instructions are for a post-installation upgrade only.  If you do not currently have ShoreTel Communicator installed on your computer but would like to install it, please follow the download and installation instructions.
