Mansion Hill offers one and two bedroom apartments to UMSL students aged 21 and older who are enrolled in at least three credit hours.

The age requirement is waived in the following instances:

  • Students who have children
  • Students who are married or engaged
  • Students who have completed 60 credit hours
  • Athletes (with permission from the Residential Life and Housing Office)

Mansion Hill is on the UMSL shuttle route, is just minutes from the Metrolink, and conveniently located just off I-70 at New Florissant Road. UMSL owns approximately 90% of the units in the complex, with the remaining units being owned by private residents.

UMSL is part of the Mansion Hill Condo Association. The Condo Association, which is comprised of all owners in the complex, engages Smith Management as the property manager. Maintenance concerns within UMSL owned units are responded to by UMSL Facilities Management Staff. Services related to the exterior of the buildings and the grounds of the complex are managed by Smith Management. The University works closely with Smith Management to address any needs identified for repair or improvement.
