Kerrah Douthit

Kerrah Douthit is the newest member of UMSL's HR Team.  She has experience in K-12 education including work in Registration, College Readiness and Recruitment. Kerrah shares that she has learned that HR allows us to provide insight into many things that people typically don't have answers for.  She is dedicated to boosting morale starting with HR and following through each department in the UM Family.  Kerrah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication (UMSL) and is pursuing her Masters in Human Resource Management and will transfer to UMSL to continue her education next year.
