Mail Services processes over 1,250,000 pieces of incoming mail annually. The incoming mail is vital correspondence for all people here at the University. All mail received at Mail Services is delivered the same day. Following are some guidelines to help in getting your mail to you quickly and accurately:
- Inform the sender of your department name, and have them include it in your address.
- The address also should include your room number and building name. Please use the main department room number where your mail is delivered, NOT the room number where you are located.
- If you receive a piece of mail that has an incorrect address on it, advise the sender of your correct address.
*NOTE: All mail that is received with just the generic address of "One University Boulevard", with no other information will be looked up using current employee lists. If the address cannot be located, the mail will be returned to sender.
