John Meriac, Ph.D.
Dr. John Meriac received his Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee in 2008. His major research interests are in the domains of personnel selection and performance management. His personnel selection research focuses on individual difference constructs and how they relate to work outcomes. In addition, his performance management research focuses on the measurement of task performance, as well as organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior. A particular focus in both of these areas is the psychometric properties of complex methods, such as assessment centers and multi-source performance ratings.
Dr. Meriac will be accepting graduate students and undergraduate research students for Fall 2018.
