Self-Defense Session with UMSL Police Department*

Location: Recreation and Wellness Center, Studio 4

Self Defense - Escape and Evade training is a hands on self defense course that teaches how to escape an attack or dangerous, unwanted encounter. The training uses realistic scenarios that former UMSL students help create, and will help you build the confidence to get away. Additional safety tips included! Please wear athletic or workout type clothing with closed toe shoes for this class. You must RSVP on MyEngage prior to the class, if you arrive day of class there is limited space available. All participants will need to have an activated RWC student account and a signed waiver. Participants will need to have a Triton Card or the RWC App for access to the facility.
