Welcome Leaders serve as the main welcome crew for Triton Take-Off Weekend guiding and connecting new students. Welcome Leaders will co-lead a small group of students through the three-day experience by creating excitement and energy for Triton Take-Off Weekend programs & guiding discussions with students regarding transition to UMSL. They help introduce the new students to academic life, spirit and traditions and allows the opportunity to meet other incoming students, faculty, staff, and student leaders.
