New website content managers at UMSL must complete a Cascade content management system (CMS) Training Workshop prior to gaining access to their site(s).

Cascade Site Manager Training Workshops
New User Workshops are offered by the Web Office and are also available to current users who would like a refresher on Cascade features. Workshops are held once or twice per month and registration is required. Please register online using the form below. Upcoming Sessions are at 10am on designated Thursdays.
Cascade User Guides and Live Support Sessions
Visit the Web and Digital Communications page to view CMS user guides, template and styling options, and to view applicable university policies. Live support sessions are offered by University Marketing and Communications. These are open lab hours where current site managers may get one-on-one support while working on their sites. Our CMS experts will be on hand to answer any of your questions. You can come and go anytime during a session and registration is not required. You must first participate in a Cascade Training Workshop to attend a Support Session.
