As Minister of Progression at The Republic of Tea, Melissa Meador leads the strategic planning and operational activities of the company. In addition to her work with The Republic of Tea, Melissa has held various sales and operations roles with UPS, Coca-Cola, Sara Lee and Nestle.
Melissa holds a Bachelors in Workforce Education and Development and a Masters of Business Administration. Additionally, she focuses on continuing education in several areas of her work including food safety and regulatory, global supply chain and logistics management.
Melissa resides in southern Illinois with her partner Michael. In her free time, she enjoys live music, sporting events and enjoys entertaining friends and family.
