The Senior Scholars Program (SSP) invites applications for our first pilot semester which will start with a full-day orientation on 1/10/18, followed by classes the next week.
To be considered, an applicant must be 65+ years old on or before the first day of the term (1/16/18), possess a valid Missouri Driver License (or State ID), and have completed High School (Diploma or GED). Some college experience is a plus, but not required.
Applying for the SSP is a 3-step process:
- First, review the course list and rank order your top 1-3 choices.
- Next, click on the link below to complete the pre-application survey. Our first cohort of Senior Scholars is limited to 30 individuals. Acceptances will be made on a rolling basis until all seats are filled.
- If accepted, ~1 month before the term is to start, you will be asked to complete a PDF form required by the UMSL Registrar. You become official as an audit student on the first day of the term.
