American Tai Chi

With Tai Chi, you find yourself moving your body with the grace and confidence of the ancient masters who learned the secret of balancing yin and yang – strength with beauty, power with peace, and endurance with flow. Strengthen your body through natural healing while improving circulation, flexibility, balance, and coordination. In this class there is no routine or choreography to memorize or “get right.” You will simply follow the instructor and start feeling the energy right away.

Classes: Mondays 6:00-6:45pm - Studio 1, September 11 - October 16
Pricing: Students - $18         Members - $30         Nonmembers - $60

Fall Session 2:
Classes: Mondays 6:00-6:45pm - Studio 1, October 23 - December 4(no class November 20)
Pricing: Students - $18         Members - $30         Nonmembers - $60
