Stand Up Paddleboard Classes

Test your balance and strength in one of our Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) classes. These classes are suitable for beginning to advanced participants. Each class will leave participants feeling confident, stronger, and more comfortable in the water.  Expect to get wet in these classes. During the yoga class you will take traditional yoga moves into practice on the board. The strength class will focus on different strength and body weight movements while balancing on the board.

SUP Yoga - Wednesdays, 1:30-2:15pm, Natatorium, September 13-October 18
SUP Yoga - Thursdays, 9:15-10:00am, Natatorium, September 14-October 19
SUP Strength - Thursdays, 10:00-10:45am, Natatorium, September 14-October 19

Fall Session 2:
Class Options: 
SUP Yoga - Wednesdays, 1:30-2:15pm, Natatorium, October 25 - December 6 (No class November 22)
SUP Yoga - Wednesdays, 7:15-8:00pm, Natatorium, October 25 - December 6 (No class November 22)
SUP Yoga - Saturdays, 1:00-1:45pm, Natatorium, October 28 - December 9 (No class November 25)
