The RWC offers 30 Group Fitness Classes a week that are included in your membership! With classes ranging from Water Aerobics to Zumba, we have something for everyone!

Open Boxing Hours in Studio 1 - Check here for the hours that Group Fitness Studio 1 has boxing bags out for open boxing hours.
