Tonya S. Rivers is the Principal and Founder of Purposed2Lead, LLC. Tonya works with executive leadership to develop and execute holistic transformation strategies that promote continuous growth and agility in organizations.
Tonya holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Management, and a Master of Business Administration. She is trained and certified across multiple Agility methods, including professional coaching, leadership development, conflict management, and organizational change management.
Tonya lives in St. Louis with her husband and children. Her favorite pastimes are volunteering, reading, singing, and traveling.
