As the senior development officer for corporations and foundations at the University of Missouri of Science and Technology, Rachelle is responsible cultivating relationships with companies for major gift fundraising. She works closely with deans and department chairs on fundraising strategies.

Rachelle earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of Maryland in 2015, a master of business administration from Missouri S&T in 2020, and a graduate certificate in management and leadership.

Rachelle also holds an elected position in Phelps County as the St. James Ward 1 Republican Committeewoman. Rachelle is the proud mother of six children; four girls, two boys, and two teacup yorkies named Tank and Tootsie.
