Michelle Wiginton has worked in higher education for more than 20 years, while obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communications and a Master’s degree in International Human Relations (organizational). She is certified in business process re-engineering (change management) and has had more than ten years’ experience reviewing educational and SBIR grants for the National Science Foundation. Focused on the softer side of business, her passion lies in helping others work better together by understanding individuals in a group dynamic environment. Michelle is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and currently works as a program coordinator in the Professional & Continuing Education department of Global Learning, at Missouri University of Science & Technology.
