Seemantini Pathak is an Associate Professor of Management at the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Her research interests include corporate governance in the context of strategic change and entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, organizational learning, and strategic human capital. Seemantini Pathak’s research has been published in the Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of International Business Studies, The Leadership Quarterly, the Journal of Business Venturing, and Business & Society, among other journals. She was previously an Assistant Professor at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Seemantini Pathak teaches international management, corporate governance, and managerial decision analysis.
