Grades Posted
Itemized Final Grades and Your Final Paper:

I have posted your grades on the MyGateway system. Unfortunately (or as far as I can tell) it does not allow me to post your final, classroom grade, just the point total. So, if you received a final point total of 360, say, then simply divide that by 400 and you will see you received a 90% (A-).

I have posted grades for all students, except one who will be getting her final work into me by early January. She has received a DL [delayed grade] which I will change once her final work is in.

I did not post your grades on my course webpage because university policy now prohibits me from doing so. Therefore, please punch the "Grades" button on MyGateway and see what you got. I think you will be pleased--I was.

You were a great group of students and I thoroughly enjoyed having each and every one of you in the class. I hope you benefited to some degree from taking this course.

Also: for those of you who want them, I have made copies of your final papers and have left them in the clear plastic box outside my office (516 Clark Hall). I have not marked on them extensively, nor have I commented extensively on them. If you would like more commentary or feedback, I would be more than pleased to make an appointment with you in January to go over your paper. In general, they were all good to excellent.

Have a great holiday season and a fruitful future. I think you all are assured of that latter wish coming true.

John Wolford
