SCOPE AND CONTENT
The first five folders of this collection consist of memoranda sent from FBI Headquarters in Washington and other FBI offices in 1942 and 1943. Topics range from personnel matters, to national security matters, to protocol for enforcing laws and ways to file paperwork. Some memos cover several subjects. Nearly all are marked strictly confidential. cover the year 9 and 9. The sixth folder is a list of FBI files apparently related to civil rights, peace and left-wing groups from the Vietnam War era in St. Louis.
