Judy Studer, a Community Development Agency consultant, donated the records of Step Up St. Louis on April 30, 1984

Step Up St. Louis established partnerships of local businesses, civic and community groups, private foundations, and individuals in order to implement neighborhood-oriented programs and services. Its projects included park improvements, beautification efforts, cultural activities, health and human services. It provides support for St. Louis City neighborhoods and regional communities by providing volunteers to make a positive impact and improve the quality of life.
