NAHA was organized in 1974 to provide a forum and vehicle for all the municipalities located within the Normandy School District. NAHA coordinates plans and programs of action aimed at resolving common or area-wide problems including those of stabilizing communities. It also works to increase historical awareness among Normandy residents by holding annual Fetes de Normandie and collecting historical materials on the area.
Records of the NAHA and historical material on the Normandy area, including photographs, correspondence, programs, yearbooks & histories. Material on Hunt family, Hunt House, Normandy residences, schools, businesses, churches, & cemeteries.
Accession # 2291 Donated on April 2, 1980 by Dr. Myron A. Marty.
