Newsletters, pamphlets, and circulars from the Peace Action Committee of Missouri and the Stay Out of War Campaign. The PAC was founded in 1934 in St. Louis to support peace candidates in state and local elections. Twenty-six St. Louis organizations (church, business, women's, labor, and peace) that opposed the repeal of the arms embargo and the European war started the SOWC in 1939.
