Wonderful news! Just left the evening with the new Prime Minister, and many other personalities who have all okayed, completely, and totally... my going to Mong Sing. Not only that, but they will render to me each and every request that I had, even down to paying the salaries of my indigenous personnell. I've contacted Chi and ( Chai ) and Si... and found an english speaking Lao ( really a Thai Dam ) through the Bahi faith center here... so the team is complete.. the location approved, and the Lao govt 100% behind it...
