Dear Mr. Rhine:

         Many, many thanks for forwarding to MEDICO the contributions from Miss Martha Gold and her schoolmates of St. Louis . . . and also the one from Mr. Farmer which he presented to you after a speech you gave.

         These donations have been added to the Dr. Tom Dooley Tribute Fund for MEDICO, and will help us considerably in continuing Dr. Tom's work.

         We deeply appreciate your talking about the work of MEDICO in Texas . . . and are pleased that you and Dwight Davis are "spreading the word" with such good results.

         I am enclosing a copy of the memo I enclosed in my letter to Miss Gold, "Student Ingenuity". This might be of help to you if any other groups of youngsters ask for ideas on raising funds. I have also attached copies of my letters to Miss Gold and Mr. Farmer, for your information.
