Rhine kept in touch with Dooley and those who worked with Dooley, including Teresa Gallagher, Malcolm Dooley, and Verne Chaney, in order to keep current on Dooley's projects and progress.
Teresa Gallagher, Dooley's volunteer secretary, wrote Rhine and Davis in July 1960, telling them about Dooley's involvement with several Laotian students who were studying in America. She also told them of Dooley's recent trips and activities. |

Malcolm Dooley, Dr. Dooley's brother, sent Rhine a letter in February 1962, explaining that some members of MEDICO left and formed the Dr. Tom Dooley Foundation, Inc., because they felt that MEDICO under Dr. Peter Comanduras' leadership was not fulfilling Dr. Dooley's founding goals. |
