Pre-Registration
Conference pre-registration deadline is September 26, 2003.
Registration must be received in the office by that date, with full payment, in order to receive the pre-registration price.  Registration is $65.00 for members, $90.00 for non-members, and $25.00 for students.  Single day registration is $40.00.  Refunds less a $15.00 handling fee will be given for cancellations received by September 26, 2003.  No refunds can be given for cancellations after that date. On-site registration is $75.00 for members, $100.00 for non-members, and $35.00 for students and $50 for single-day attendees.  All persons attending, including program participants, are required to register.  Please pre-register for all tours and meals, as space is limited.  Pre-registration packets will not be mailed.
Reminder: The cut-off date for conference rate reservations at the hotel is September 12, 2002.

Conference Registration
Conference Registration counters will be located in the foyer in front of the Grand Ballroom.
Distribution of pre-registration packets and on-site registration will take place during the following hours:
Wednesday — Noon-7:00 p.m.
Thursday — 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday — 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday — 8:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m.

WHA Membership
Membership in the Western History Association is not required to attend the conference, but click here for membership information.
