The Western History
Association’s 46th annual conference will be held at the Hyatt
Regency at Union Station in St. Louis, Missouri. We hope you will
join us this year in exhibiting at the conference and advertising in our
conference program.
Whether you are a
returning exhibitor or new to the WHA conference, we look forward to
working with you this year! At the 2005 conference in Scottsdale,
Arizona, we had 893 registered attendees and in 2004 we had 952
attendees in Las Vegas, Nevada. We anticipate a large attendance
at this year’s conference as well and we hope you will join us in St.
Louis—the “Gateway to the West.”
| Please note: Due to the
WHA relocation from University of New Mexico to
University of Missouri-St. Louis (taking place on July 1, 2006),
the deadline schedule has
changed. The conference program will be printed much
earlier this year, so if you would like your institution or
association listed in the program and/or would like your
advertisement included, you must
meet these deadlines. Send all reservation forms and
ads to the current WHA office at umsl. However, please send
all payments to the WHA office at UMSL.* We appreciate your
patience and support during this transition. Do not hesitate

As in the past, we will be using the
BEC Group as our exhibits and decorations company. BEC will
set up 10’ X 10’ booths. Each booth will come equipped with
back wall and side drapery as needed and a 7” X 44” identification
sign with your name and booth number. BEC will send an
exhibitor’s packet to you with a price list for whatever other
equipment you may need. For a map of the exhibit area, a
link to a PDF map is below or you can contact our office to have a
map faxed or mailed to you.
A note on exhibitor conference
registration: Exhibitor registration forms will be sent to the
exhibits contact and will also be available on our website
(usually in June). Exhibitors do not pay an individual
registration fee but all exhibitors must register for the
conference so that there will be a badge prepared for you.
Making a reservation for space does not automatically register
exhibitors for the conference. All activities beyond basic
registration must be pre-registered and pre-paid by the conference
attendee(s).

Friday 8-5, and Saturday 8-Noon.

and all WHA members.
