Land Clearance
for Redevelopment Authority is responsible for coordinating the execution
of the Redevelopment plan, while the City of St. Louis and the Board of
Education will participate in development of project through installation
of certain site improvements and construction of necessary supporting facilities

Proposed streets
and easements - The development of the Daniel Boone Expressway, the North-South
Distributor Expressway and the Forest Park Boulevard artery.

Land uses - Residential,
commerical, industrial, public and semi-public; commercial, industrial and
community facilities determined already complying to land use will be exempt.

Replacement of
most existing sidewalks, resurfacing or reconstruction of most streets and
alleys and resetting, replacement or installation of new curbs as needed.

Existing zoning
will remain in effect.

The relocation
of two civil defense sirens located in the area.

Water, sewers
and privately owned utilities will remain as they exist, only to be adjusted/constructed
as needed.

Synchronization
of the electric traffic signals.

Installation of
mercury vapor street lamps.
