Student Retention Services (SRS) fosters an environment of accountability, support, and achievement that challenges students, faculty, and staff to become active agents and advocates for student persistence and degree completion.
Our commitment is to:
- Collaboration and cooperation with academic departments, instructional faculty, institutional support services, and students in efforts that increase academic success among undergraduate students at UMSL.
- Increasing opportunities for student success through guidance, out-of-class support, personalized assistance, and access to programs and services that provide specialized training to develop success-centered attitudes and behaviors.
- Achieving results through active intervention, academic planning, and increased interaction with students, faculty, and staff.
