consists of approximately 100 outstanding UM-St. Louis students and community people. Recent presentations include Mendelssohn's Elijah with the University City Orchestra and Dvorak's Te Deum with the Kirkwood Symphony. The University Chorus collaborates annually with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra 's presentation, Holiday Pops. Robert Ray, Conductor of the University Chorus, joined the UM-St. Louis music faculty in 1992. His choral compositions have received numerous performances, both nationally and internationally, including a 1998 performance of his Gospel Mass in New York City's Carnegie Hall.
