Acquire → Stream acquisition → enter number of frames (same as a at the Spike-2’s file)

Script → Run Script → Load Script → {C://data/macros/threspull_Multitrial.S2S

                                                                           Or

                                                                  C://data/macros/threspull_Multitrial_Shutter.S2S

---- New File → enter number of frames (for example, 2000)

----Check baseline of the TTL at the Spike-2 (must be about 0 )

-        Acquire → Stream acqusition

-         check recording, duration of trial and stimulations at Spike-2

 Acquire; check recorded file at the middle: light intensity should be around 30 000 – 60 000; if something wrong, go back to beginning

 

---Set sequential file name and directory; for example: My_rat01_,   C:\\my_rats\
