Parking Violation Appeals

All Students, Faculty, and Staff receiving a traffic violation must pay the fine or appeal it within 14 days of citation issue date.

Student Appeals

Student appeals are now transmitted electronically directly to the Student Court.

If you would like more information regarding appealing the assessment of a violation, or wish to complete an online appeal, visit the Student Court website

Faculty/Staff Appeals

Faculty/Staff may print a faculty/staff appeal form and submit by mail or at the Parking and Transportation Office.

The recommendation of the appeals committee shall be final. If it is decided that a traffic violation fine should be paid. Arrangements to pay the fine must be made within two calendar weeks from the date of the notification of the appeals committee's decision. Failure to make payment will lead to a payroll deduction if the violator is a Faculty/Staff member or if the violator is a Student, the citation will be charged to the students account.
