Before Beginning Please Review the Following Rules:

All decisions are final.
Students must fill out form completely including all needed information. If any information is missing then contact Parking and Transportation.
Students must show proof that the offense does not merit citation due to the parking and transportation regulations and guidelines.

How Appealing works:

After you submit your appeal to Student Court, they will sit down and review all of the facts of the case. Student Court will take into consideration many different factors, such as the reasons for the violation, your standing as an UMSL student, and whether or not you own a parking pass.
