Why Transfer to UMSL?

UMSL has the largest college transfer student population in Missouri which will provide you with numerous opportunities to connect with students with similar experiences to your own.

UMSL has one of the largest chapters of Tau Sigma in the United States and the only chapter in Missouri. Tau Sigma is a national coed organization for transfer students. In addition to Tau Sigma, UMSL offers more than 200 clubs, organizations, and activities, including NCAA Division II sports.

UMSL offers our students a variety of transfer scholarships, grants, loans and work-study opportunities.
